I posted here but for some reason it does not appear to have been posted.I have no idea why,but I'll assume that my stupidity pushed the wrong button.

Commitment is a must and I agree with Pastor Fred 110%.
I will add once again my two cents which is the same the widow gave.(In other words all she had)There are three things that I feel very strongly about.Support Physically: I understand that there are those of us that can not be here physically every day.If so and you are in Leadership. Please consider stepping aside and let someone be there that don't have so many obligations, whether they be family, financial, friends etc. Spiritual Support Many of us want to be part of something. If you can't contribute to the Spiritual side of the ministry.I would ask that you please step aside and let those that are on fire for God take the helm of the Great Ship of Zion. Financial Support I fully understand the implications of supporting anything financially. If you don't have it you can't. On the other hand why would you want to be part of something that is not financially sound. It takes tremendous amount of dollars to cause this ministry to continue to exist. Does anyone take a salary or even expenses from the ministry?I can say from first hand audit that there are no members of UCFM that receives a penny for personal finances.

All that said,I would encourage everyone that can NOT or will NOT support the ministry 110% to step aside and let those that are cheerful and willing to step up and carry this ministry forward.

Something weird happened Glynn because I also posted and it disappeared.
Anyway, I agree.
I pray that the Lord will send us more leaders like yourself and others, dedicated to serve.

Amen Pastor Fred!

I to am guilty of not being as active as I should be as my job has me working very long hours.  We also let other things in our lives take over what should be our #1 priority to be ministers, pastors, preachers, as God has called us to.

Amen! Pastor Fred!

I am guilty myself of not being as active as I should.  My wife just left for Iraq and I have some adjusting to do.  But, I renew my commitment to Christ.  I know I have been chose by the mighty Hand of God.  I look forward to the wonderful things God is going to do through UCFM.

Let the Church say,
AMEN!!!!!!
