I want to thank everyone at the UCFM for all of the prayers for my healing and recovery since I had my Knee Replacement Surgery in January.  My healing and rehab are coming along very well.  The doctors and Physical Therapists all say that I am well ahead of the average in all aspects of my recovery.  And I attribute that directly to all of the intercessory prayer I have been receiving and for my total and unfailing faith in my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  I know that He has been right here at my side during this whole experience.  Yesterday afternoon, I went out for a walk for the first time without my walker.  I used a cane instead, and was able to comfortably walk two blocks.  I was so elated to be able to do so well.  And this morning was even better.  I walked down to the shed in my back yard and got out the snow shovels and while I was there was able to refill all of my bird feeders for the first time since my surgery.  I then went out and walked about a block up and down the sidewalk in front of the house.  What made this so special is that I did it in the beginning of the big snow storm that is rolling into the Region.  I was so happy walking in the heavy snow coming down that my wife had to yell at me several times to come in.  I felt like a little kid who wanted to stay outside and play for as long as I could.  Even now as I sit here I can look out the window and see the snow coming down.  I give the Lord All Praise for all he has done for me, even the little things like providing this beautiful snow storm to sit and relax and enjoy.

I bet it was a blessing to be able to enjoy that walk!
Lord continue healing you. It is always nice to hear of someone being blessed!

Funny how the little things make life so precious, yet we are all guilty of taking them for granted just because they are so common.

You post really makes me happy :)

Lord keep you,
Jeff
