It has just been announced that a major breakthrough has been made in technology concerning the internal combustion engine.

They have now developed a vehicle that weighs about 6,000 pounds that gets 92 miles per gallon that runs on nothing but alcohol. It has plenty of power and is very durable. The only problem is it tends to weave dangerously on the highway and has been know to sip a martini or two even when not driven.
